Whether it’s a corporate celebration, birthday, anniversary or special occasion – at Hotel Alte Post you will find a stylish event venue in the heart of Flensburg. In a modern Scandinavian-inspired atmosphere, we can host events for up to 400 guests. Our experienced team supports you from the initial welcome through to the successful conclusion of your event, ensuring a smooth process and first-class service throughout.

Culinary experience & tailor-made planning
Our restaurant treats you to a variety of buffets, customised menus or creative finger food concepts. Upon request, we can also arrange beverage packages, a DJ, live band or team-building activities. Even smaller groups of fewer than 10 people are warmly welcome.

At the Zeitlos Restaurant & Bar, we offer flexible culinary concepts for groups, meetings and events – also available as fully customized arrangements on request, including vegetarian components or other tailored menu and buffet variations – perfectly adapted to the occasion and group size.

+ Our Familystyle buffet

As a more social alternative, we also offer our Familystyle buffet at the Zeitlos Restaurant & Bar. All dishes are served in sharing bowls directly at the table and enjoyed together – relaxed, convivial and perfect for groups, with refills available at any time upon request:

  • Caesar salad with bacon, croutons, Grana Padano, pickled onions, tomatoes and Caesar dressing
  • Antipasti selection
  • Mini burgers with 100% beef, melted cheese and red onions
  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Whole roasted rump steak
  • Coleslaw, French fries, mayonnaise, ketchup, chili mayonnaise, herb butter and steak sauce
